Welcome to Aesthetix Cloud. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Provider Details

The platform Aesthetix Cloud is owned and operated by:

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Aesthetix Cloud service, accessible from app.aesthetix.cloud.
  • "User" refers to any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform.
  • "Account" refers to the User's personal registration on the Platform.
  • "Content" refers to any information, data, text, images or other materials uploaded, sent or created through the Platform.
  • "Proposal" refers to treatment proposals and estimates generated by the Platform.

3. Scope of the Service

Aesthetix Cloud is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform aimed at aesthetic medicine professionals. The Platform allows:

  • Creation of personalized aesthetic treatment proposals;
  • Use of artificial intelligence to analyze images and generate descriptive texts;
  • Product inventory management;
  • Sharing proposals via web link or PDF;
  • Visual personalization (branding) of proposals.

4. Access and Registration Conditions

4.1 Requirements

To use the Platform, the User must:

  • Be of legal age to enter into contracts (18 years old in Portugal);
  • Be a legally qualified health professional or entity that employs such professionals;
  • Provide true, current and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for all activities carried out through your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify hello@aesthetix.cloud.

5. Plans and Payments

5.1 Available Plans

The Platform provides a free option, individual premium modules, and bundles that include every module.

  • Free option and individual modules: The free option includes limited features. Users may subscribe separately to the available premium modules.
  • Solo, Pro, and Enterprise bundles: They include every module and differ, among other limits shown before subscription, by the number of included team members.

5.2 Subscriptions and Renewal

Premium modules, bundles, and additional team members are billed monthly or annually according to the option shown before subscription. Applicable prices, discounts, features, and limits are displayed on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the account settings or Stripe customer portal.

5.3 Payment Method

Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment service provider. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

5.4 Refunds

Given immediate access to the digital service, refunds are not offered after the start of the subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

The User undertakes to:

  • Use the Platform only for legitimate and professional purposes;
  • Do not upload illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that violates the rights of third parties;
  • Obtain express consent from patients before uploading photographs or personal data;
  • Do not attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the functioning of the Platform;
  • Do not use the Platform for spam, phishing or other malicious activities.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including software, design, logos and documentation, belong to Paulo Soares Marques, Serviços de saúde, Lda or its licensors.

7.2 User Content

The User retains all rights to the Content they upload to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Artificial Intelligence

The Platform uses AI technology (powered by Google Gemini) to:

  • Analyze patient photographs;
  • Generate descriptive texts for treatments;
  • Suggest therapeutic approaches.

Important Notice: The results generated by AI are suggestions and do not replace the clinical judgment of the healthcare professional. You are fully responsible for reviewing, validating and using any AI-generated content before presenting it to patients.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese legislation.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages;
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the User in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Platform in the event of:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Lack of payment;
  • Activities that may harm the Platform or other users.

You can terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@aesthetix.cloud.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered Users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Applicable Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute, the court of the district of Braga will be competent, expressly waiving any other.
